"I really love the atmosphere, simple and passionate. We are all here by and for our passion. It's very encouraging. And I also find brilliant and surprising to get so different results within the same class (one of the advantage to be an assistant, you can see ALL the creations. And we can meet stars.
On the other side, we had a trouble last year : our lunch break. But this year it's fixed ... so it's only happiness !"
